Product Care

  • We hold the belief that furniture is designed for practical use and appreciation. Our products are carefully crafted and selected to meet our rigorous quality standards, making them suitable for your home. However, it's important to recognize that while our furniture is durable, it is not immune to damage and should be handled with care.

  • No aftercare of the wood is needed! Just general dusting.

    Spills should be cleaned up immediately with a damp cloth to avoid staining. Steer clear of employing chemicals and abrasives, as they have the potential to harm the finish. When cleaning the glass portion of your piece, please spray your towel with a glass cleaner of your choice and not the glass directly.

    Sealed fabrics may be gently wiped with a damp towel and unsealed fabrics may be lightly vacuumed if needed. Note: the fabrics used in our designs are not impermeable. Stains will occur when caution is not exercised.

  • Refrain from placing hot dishes directly onto the table’s surface. We suggest using potholders, coasters, trivets, placemats, or similar items to safeguard the table's finish and maintain its optimal condition over time.

    In order to avoid structural cracking or surface damage, please refrain from sitting or standing on the furniture tops.

    Avoid applying excessive weight or pressure to open drawers or cabinet doors, as doing so may cause permanent damage to their functionality.

    All products are intended for indoor use only.

Shipping

  • Good things come to those who wait! KGH Custom products are made to order and ship within 16-20 weeks of deposit.

    KGH Vintage and KGH Custom Ready-to-Go styles are ready to go and ship within a week of purchase.

  • Our goal is to make the delivery process as efficient and seamless as possible. Shipping quotes will be provided on an order by order basis.

    Kennedy Graham Home contracts Third Party Delivery Providers for White Glove Delivery services. White Glove Delivery includes delivering the item to the designated place within the home and removal of all debris.

  • Once an order ships you will receive a copy of the invoice via email. The invoice will include shipping details and tracking information.

  • Please contact us to discuss pick up options.

  • We do not offer storage options. All orders must ship to a specified address within one week of completion.

Orders

  • Yes, we sell to designers and design enthusiasts alike!

  • Pricing is listed for all ready-to-ship products. Please reach out to us via our inquiry form or email us directly at info@kennedygrahamhome.com for custom quotes.

  • Once final approval for a custom order has been received, an invoice will be sent with a link for payment. Payment is due for all KGH Custom pieces for production to start. The 16-20 week lead time does not begin until a full deposit has been received.

    An invoice will be sent for all KGH Vintage and KGH Custom Ready-to-Go orders to be paid in full. Payment must be received within 24 hours of order placement to reserve products. After 24 hours, the product will no longer be held.

  • Please email us directly at orders@kennedygrahamhome.com with your order number, and we will be happy to provide an update!

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment processing.

Customer’s Own Materials (COM)

  • Yes! COM stands for Customer’s Own Material. We love seeing what fabrics and hardware you are coveting lately!

  • Yes, we don't add extra charges for COM orders, but it's your responsibility to buy the necessary yardage or hardware and send it to our team.

  • Every KGH Custom piece using COM is quoted on a case-by-case basis. There is no upcharge for COM produced pieces.

  • That’s our job! Complete and return the Custom Worksheet for the piece you are ordering. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours with the required amount and shipping details.

  • Orders using COM have the same 16-20 week lead time that all other KGH Custom pieces have. A required due date for receiving the materials will be provided upon order placement. Lead time will be extended for every week past the COM due date that materials are received.

Returns

  • All sales are final. If you have any hesitation prior to purchase or would like more details, we would love to share more photos and answer any questions!

  • We suggest that all clients fully inspect their item at the time of delivery and before the delivery providers leave the home. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can begin the claim process. We will need to receive detailed photos and description of damage within 24 hours to file a claim and assist in a resolution. Please take photos of the damage and shipping material and keep the original packaging used during shipping. Please email all information to claims@kennedygrahamhome.com.

  • All vintage items are high quality pieces that are well made and in good condition. Due to the nature of the pieces, they are susceptible to small imperfections. However, each piece goes through a rigorous repair and restoration process to eliminate scratches, dings, etc. and to make it a functioning piece of furniture for years to come.

Trade

  • A Kennedy Graham Home trade account allows you to purchase the full range of our products at a 20% discount. To open a trade account, you must have a resale number. You can apply for a trade account via our trade application.
